All orders are normally shipped from our warehouse within 48 to 72 hours of receipt of order. If there is a delay in your order, we will notify you by email. We do not accept return and exchange unless on very special terms.
Refunds if offered will be issued for the 80% total amount of the purchase product only less the transaction fees. We do not offer refunds for any free items received as part of any promotion.

We provides 6 months for standard grade watches 12 months warranty for swiss grade sold. Defective watch must be returned with a note indicating the defect on the watch and please get a RETURN MERCHANISE NUMBER from us before you send the item back .
